1. Site purpose and demo disclosure

Pioneer Valley Lead Systems (“PVLS,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) provides marketing, lead-response, CRM, automation, and related consulting services for local service businesses. This website may include demonstrations, sample workflows, and illustrative content. PVLS is not an HVAC contractor and does not itself perform HVAC installation, diagnosis, repair, or emergency service.

2. Acceptable use

You may use this website only for lawful purposes. You may not misuse forms, attempt unauthorized access, disrupt the site, submit false or harmful information, or use the site in a manner that infringes another person’s rights.

3. Communications

If you submit a form, request a consultation, or otherwise provide contact information, you authorize us to respond about your request by email, telephone, or text message. Message and data rates may apply. You may reply STOP to opt out of text messages and unsubscribe from marketing email at any time.

4. No professional or emergency advice

Information on this site is general business and marketing information. It is not legal, tax, financial, engineering, HVAC, safety, or emergency advice. For an HVAC emergency or a condition involving fire, gas, carbon monoxide, electrical danger, or immediate risk, contact the appropriate licensed professional or emergency service.
